Since I was born in the restaurant business, my cooking life began at a very early age. Thanks to my father, Antonio, who showed me the incredible importance of flavors and quality since I was 10 years old. It was the best possible lesson for a young boy – the ability to have your own father constantly telling you how to do things right, even after hours, was of incredible value. For me to learn to cook the simple perfect dishes in my father`s small kitchen was an inspiration that took me where I am today.
