At a very young age, he discovered his passion for the art of cooking and the love of the restaurant business from his mother. Learning the ropes from his parents at their first location, Ciao Italia Ristorante. Chef Vincenzo was groomed for the business.

In 2014 of March, The Navarra Group decided to expand in Orlando, FL. They opened Vincenzo Cucina Italiana letting their youngest son Vincenzo shine. The Restaurant has been a success, and the family has continued working together for over 30 years.
