How the Evening Works
Most bachelor groups arrive to complimentary valet at 8025 International Drive and head straight for the bar. A round or two to start. Then the group moves to the table — appetizers go around, steaks get ordered, bottles of wine get opened. The pace is relaxed. Vincenzo is open until 10 PM every evening, so there is no rush. After dinner, the group heads out to whatever the rest of the night holds, but the dinner itself usually becomes a highlight of the weekend.
