An Evening Away from the Resort

The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes is a stunning property with no shortage of dining options on the grounds. But when you want a meal that feels personal, intimate, and genuinely handmade, a short drive to International Drive puts you at Vincenzo Cucina Italiana. Family-owned since 2014, Vincenzo is the kind of restaurant where the kitchen team rolls pasta by hand every afternoon, steaks are hand-cut from USDA Prime beef, and dinner moves at your pace rather than a resort schedule.

With 4,000+ guest reviews and a reputation built on consistency and craft, Vincenzo gives Ritz-Carlton guests a dining experience that feels like discovering a local secret rather than checking a box on a hotel concierge list.

Handmade Pasta Worth the Drive

Every afternoon before service, our kitchen prepares fresh pasta from scratch. Pappardelle with braised short rib ragu, ricotta gnocchi with San Marzano tomato, lobster ravioli in cream sauce, and handmade lasagna baked to order. These are not dishes assembled from a commissary kitchen. They are made by hand, in small batches, the same way they have been since Vincenzo opened.

Guests who appreciate quality ingredients and traditional technique will recognize the difference immediately. It is one of the reasons so many visitors from the Grande Lakes area return during the same trip.

USDA Prime Steaks and Seafood

For guests accustomed to premium dining, Vincenzo delivers without pretension. Our Bone-In Ribeye and Filet Mignon are USDA Prime, hand-selected and hand-cut. Chilean Sea Bass arrives with lemon caper butter, Branzino is prepared simply to let the fish speak, and our seafood linguine brings together the best of land and sea on one plate. The wine list features Italian and domestic selections curated to pair with every course.

Private Dining for Special Evenings

Celebrating an anniversary, hosting a small group, or organizing a dinner for colleagues during a conference? Vincenzo offers private dining for parties of 15 to 120 guests. Customizable menus, a dedicated service team, and AV equipment for presentations or slideshows make it easy to plan something memorable without the formality and pricing of a ballroom event. Full restaurant buyouts are available for larger gatherings.

Menu Highlights

★★★★★
"We were staying at the Grande Lakes area and asked the front desk for something authentic and independent. Vincenzo was exactly what we wanted. The pappardelle was the best pasta I have had in years, the ribeye was flawless, and the atmosphere felt like a real Italian restaurant, not a themed hotel experience. We went twice."

★★★★★
"My husband and I celebrated our 25th anniversary here instead of eating at the resort. So glad we did. The lobster ravioli was outstanding, the wine selection was thoughtful, and the valet made arrival effortless. Intimate, personal, and genuinely delicious."
Patricia K. — Scottsdale, AZ
★★★★★
"We organized a private dinner for 20 colleagues during our Orlando conference. The staff handled everything from the custom menu to the AV setup. The food was exceptional and the group is still talking about the Chilean sea bass. Far better than any hotel banquet."
