“The concierge pointed us here and it was the best recommendation of the trip. Lobster ravioli was extraordinary and the wine list impressed even my husband the sommelier.”

The Castle Hotel Autograph Collection sits on International Drive, which means Vincenzo Cucina Italiana is not a drive away — it is a walk away. Leave your car at the hotel, step outside, and stroll down I-Drive to ICON Park where Vincenzo has been serving handmade Italian since 2014.
Autograph Collection guests tend to appreciate character. This restaurant has it. The Navarra family built Vincenzo from scratch — literally. Every pasta is rolled by hand, every sauce simmers for hours, and the USDA Prime steaks from Creekstone Farms are hand-cut daily.
Start with the burrata — fresh burrata with prosciutto di Parma, heirloom tomatoes, and fig glaze. Follow it with the lobster ravioli, stuffed with Maine lobster and ricotta, then finished in a creamy lobster sauce that has become the restaurant's signature dish.
End with the tiramisu. Made in-house with espresso-soaked lady fingers and mascarpone cream. It is the kind of dessert that earns its own line in a review.
Handmade Pasta & Italian Classics
Every dish is made from scratch, every night. This is what dinner at Vincenzo looks like.
The Castle Hotel is not a standard hotel. It is a boutique property with personality, architecture, and a guest base that values individuality over cookie-cutter experiences.
Vincenzo operates on the same philosophy. This is not a franchise concept designed by committee. It is a restaurant built by a family with over 30 years of hospitality experience, who decided that International Drive deserved something better than chains and tourist traps.
The dining room reflects that decision. Warm lighting, comfortable seating, and an atmosphere that feels polished but never pretentious. You can show up in shorts and a polo from the pool. You can also show up in a blazer for a client dinner. Both feel right.
Four thousand reviews confirm what Castle Hotel concierges already know — when guests ask for a restaurant recommendation on I-Drive, Vincenzo is the answer.
We stayed at the Castle and walked to Vincenzo three nights in a row. The short rib pappardelle and the Espresso Martini are a perfect pairing.

Black Angus from Creekstone Farms
Hand-cut, cooked to order, served with truffle butter and fresh sides every evening.
Vincenzo sits at ICON Park on International Drive. After dinner, you can ride the Orlando Eye, explore Madame Tussauds, or simply stroll the entertainment complex before walking back to the Castle Hotel.
Complimentary valet parking is available if you prefer to drive, but the walk from the Castle Hotel is one of the easiest dinner commutes on International Drive. No traffic. No parking stress. Just fresh air and an easy path to a great meal.
The restaurant opens at 5 PM every evening and serves until 10 PM. For Castle Hotel guests who want an early dinner before exploring I-Drive, or a late seating after a full day of attractions, the schedule works perfectly.
This stretch of International Drive has dozens of restaurants. Vincenzo is the one people come back to because it is real — real food, real family, real hospitality.
Happy hour on a Monday night here is unbeatable. $10 Negroni, lobster bisque to start, then the chicken marsala. An incredible value for this quality.

The Dishes People Come Back For
Chicken parmigiana with spaghetti. Fettuccine alfredo with jumbo shrimp. Made fresh, every night.
Monday is the best-kept secret on I-Drive: happy hour all night at Vincenzo. That means $4 bottled beers, $7 wines by the glass, and $10 cocktails from the moment the doors open at 5 PM until close.
Tuesday through Friday, happy hour runs from 5 to 7 PM with the same pricing. Wednesday adds Wine Down Wednesday — half-off every wine by the glass all evening. Castle Hotel guests who appreciate a good bottle will find the Italian and California wine selection more than satisfactory.
The cocktail program features Negronis made with proper Campari and sweet vermouth, Aperol Spritzes with prosecco, Espresso Martinis with freshly pulled espresso, and a selection of classic and contemporary martinis.
For private dining, the Amalfi Room accommodates 15 to 50 guests with custom menus and AV capabilities. Castle Hotel guests hosting business dinners or celebrations will find the space ideal.
This place is a hidden gem on I-Drive. Not a chain, not overpriced tourist food. Real Italian with real heart. The tiramisu alone is worth the trip.
