The steak menu runs exclusively on Creekstone Farms USDA Prime Black Angus. The filet is finished with truffle butter and broccolini. The fourteen-ounce NY strip gets a garlic herb sear. The bone-in ribeye at twenty ounces is the definitive steak order for convention week.
