The family brings over thirty years of hospitality experience to every evening service. The kitchen is staffed by cooks who know the recipes by heart, and the dining room is managed by a team that makes every guest — from convention-goers in business casual to families in flip-flops — feel equally valued.
Private dining in the Amalfi Room accommodates 15 to 50 guests. Full buyouts handle up to 150. The family has coordinated more than 1,500 events with custom menus, AV equipment, and personal attention that event planners appreciate.
