The tournament draws over 300,000 attendees to the Orange County Convention Center, and many restaurants near the OCCC either close early, have limited menus, or simply cannot handle the volume. Vincenzo on International Drive maintains full service, full menu, and full bar every evening throughout the tournament.

Vincenzo accepts walk-ins every night, but during AAU Volleyball weeks, the restaurant fills up quickly — especially between 6:30 and 8:00 PM when most families finish their evening matches and head to dinner.
The smart play is to book a reservation on OpenTable or call (407) 745-4030 before you leave the convention center. That way your table is waiting when you arrive. If your match schedule is unpredictable, call ahead and the team will do their best to fit you in.

Here is how most volleyball families plan their evening at Vincenzo during AAU weeks:
- 5:00 PM — Doors open: Early birds get the best tables. Happy hour starts at 5 PM (Monday all night, Tuesday through Friday 5 to 7 PM). Beat the rush and enjoy a cocktail while the kids browse the menu.
- 6:00–7:00 PM — Prime time: Most volleyball families arrive during this window. If you have a reservation, you are golden. Walk-ins may wait 15 to 20 minutes during peak times.
- 7:30–8:30 PM — Second wave: Families with later matches arrive. The restaurant is still in full swing. Great time for a relaxed dinner without the initial rush.
- 9:00–9:30 PM — Late arrivals: If your matches ran late, Vincenzo can still accommodate you. The kitchen stays open. Call ahead at (407) 745-4030 if you are arriving after 9 PM.
