Fresh seafood in an Italian kitchen produces dishes you cannot find at a typical fish restaurant. Vincenzo sources Chilean sea bass, Florida grouper, Faroe Island salmon, jumbo scallops, clams, shrimp, crab, and Maine lobster — all cooked to order in a scratch kitchen that has been earning five-star reviews since 2014.
The star of the seafood menu might be the scallop risotto — truffle parmigiano risotto topped with perfectly seared jumbo sea scallops and caramelized shallots. The lobster ravioli, filled with Maine lobster and ricotta in a creamy lobster sauce, is the other contender. The grouper with crab risotto and citrus beurre blanc rounds out the top three.
Lighter options include the honey-glazed Faroe salmon with Brussels sprouts and the linguine alle vongole — Middle Neck clams sauteed in garlic, parsley, and white wine. The lobster bisque with cognac makes an excellent starter before any seafood entree.
