Terms & Conditions
1. Billing
Vincenzo Cucina Italiana will charge for the guaranteed number of guests or the number served, whichever is higher.
2. Room Charge
The minimum food and beverage requirement for our Amalfi Room varies depending on the season.
3. Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will be non-refundable.
4. Menu Selection
Your chosen menu must be finalized at least seven (14) days before the date of the event. Vincenzo Cucina Italiana retains the right to replace an entrée with one of equal or greater value, at the client's expense, should the number of guests increase.
5. Guest Guarantee
For all events, confirmation of the number of guests is required 5 days before the event date. Guest count cannot be cut in half. If no confirmation is received within this timeframe, Vincenzo Cucina Italiana will regard the initial expected number of guests stated in the contract as the definitive count.
6. Food & Beverage Policy
All food and beverages must be procured and prepared by Vincenzo Cucina Italiana. The sole exception is for wedding or birthday cakes, which incur a $1.50 per person fee for cake cutting and plating.
7. Leftovers
Food from guests who did not attend cannot be packaged for take-home.
8. Tax & Gratuity
All Private Dining functions include an additional 20% service fee and a 6.5% sales tax as per Florida state regulations.
9. Entertainment Policy
Vincenzo Cucina Italiana does not allow any form of loud entertainment to be introduced on the premises unless there is a complete buyout of the venue and the management has approved.
10. Decorations
Approval from Vincenzo Cucina Italiana management is required for all decorations. Any display exhibits and decorations must adhere to fire and safety regulations. The Client must remove all decorations that have been approved before departure.
11. Parking
Parking is available in front of our restaurant, and complimentary valet parking is also provided.
12. Theft and Damages
The client agrees to be responsible for any damage to, or theft of furniture, fixtures, equipment, table accessories, or other property by the client or the client's guests, employees, or other individuals responsible to the client. Vincenzo Cucina Italiana will assume no financial responsibility for damaged or stolen property brought to the facility by the client, the client's guests, or outside vendors.

By submitting this contract, you agree to pay a non-refundable deposit of $500 to secure your event. You will be redirected to a secure payment page after submission. The deposit will be credited to your final bill on the evening of the event.
