Ciao Italia serves a traditional Italian lasagna with layers of fresh pasta, ricotta cheese, mozzarella, Parmigiano-Reggiano, and a slow-simmered meat sauce. It is baked until golden and bubbly, then served as a generous portion that is one of the most popular comfort dishes on the menu.
The lasagna is made fresh in-house. The pasta layers are prepared in the kitchen, the meat sauce is slow-simmered from scratch, and the entire dish is assembled and baked on-site. Nothing is frozen or pre-made from a supplier.
