Drury Inn's complimentary evening kickback includes snacks, beer, wine, and mixed drinks. It is a nice perk. But it is not dinner. When you want handmade Italian pasta, USDA Prime steaks, and craft cocktails made by a bartender who knows what they are doing, Vincenzo is a short drive on I-Drive.
The arancini appetizer — fried rice balls filled with wild mushrooms, truffle, and fontina cheese, served with arugula and roasted garlic aioli — sets the tone. This is not hotel snack food. This is a real Italian kitchen.
The chicken marsala brings hormone-free scaloppine with portobello mushrooms in a marsala truffle sauce, served with mashed potatoes and sauteed broccolini. Comfort food with finesse.
