The kitchen works from scratch every evening. The pappardelle is hand-cut and tossed in a slow-cooked meat ragu. The burrata arrives creamy and fresh, drizzled with olive oil and served alongside house-roasted tomatoes. The chicken parm is breaded in-house, and the spaghetti underneath it is made that same day.

The Navarra Group opened Vincenzo in 2014, bringing over three decades of hospitality experience to International Drive. While the hotels and parks around it keep changing, the restaurant has stayed the same — consistently excellent, consistently welcoming, and consistently family-owned.
