Our seafood arrives fresh daily, sourced from trusted purveyors who understand that an Italian kitchen demands the highest quality. From whole branzino to jumbo shrimp to tender calamari, every piece of seafood on our menu at Vue at 360 is as fresh as if you were dining on the Italian coast.
Italian seafood cooking is about simplicity and respect for the ingredient. We do not bury our fish under heavy sauces or deep fry everything into anonymity. Our preparations highlight the natural sweetness and delicate texture of fresh seafood, using olive oil, garlic, white wine, fresh herbs, and citrus to enhance rather than mask the flavor.

Italian Coastal Tradition
Italy has over 4,700 miles of coastline, and seafood is central to the cuisine of nearly every Italian region. From the Amalfi Coast to Sicily to the Adriatic, Italians have perfected the art of cooking fish simply and beautifully. Our chef brings these traditions to Orlando, preparing each dish with the same techniques used in coastal Italian kitchens for generations.
The branzino is a perfect example. This Mediterranean sea bass is one of the most prized fish in Italian cooking, known for its mild, sweet flavor and firm flesh. We serve it whole, pan-seared until the skin is perfectly crispy, with nothing more than fresh lemon, extra virgin olive oil, and herbs. It arrives at your table looking and tasting like something from a restaurant overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea.

We have been voted Orlando's best Italian restaurant every year since 2014 and serve dinner seven days a week from 5 to 10 PM. Complimentary valet parking is provided every night.
