Every Pasta Made From Scratch

Vincenzo does not buy pasta from a supplier. Every pasta on the menu is made from scratch in the kitchen. Fettuccine Alfredo. Lobster Ravioli stuffed with lobster and ricotta. Pappardelle Ragu with Angus beef. House-Made Gnocchi with Pomodoro and Burrata. Short Rib Pappardelle with wild mushrooms and Marsala truffle cream.

The Linguine Frutti di Mare features jumbo shrimp, scallops, grouper, and clams in cherry tomato sauce. The Linguine with Clams comes in white wine or red sauce. This is pasta the way it is meant to be.

Vincenzo also serves USDA Prime steaks from Creekstone Farms, fresh seafood including Chilean Sea Bass and Florida Grouper, chicken and veal dishes, and a full bar with craft cocktails and Italian wines.
