Our scallop risotto features jumbo sea scallops over truffle parmigiano risotto with porcini mushrooms. The risotto is stirred slowly, the scallops are seared to a golden crust, and the truffle ties it all together. The Navarra Group's kitchen team prepares every risotto to order with over 30 years of experience.
