Holiday Inn I-Drive ICON Park guests who appreciate distinctive dining will find a kindred spirit at Vincenzo. The steak program is built on one supplier: Creekstone Farms. Every cut is USDA Prime 100% Black Angus — Chilean sea bass, Florida grouper, Faroe Island salmon, jumbo scallops, clams, shrimp, crab, and Maine lobster — all cooked to order in a scratch kitchen that has earned five-star reviews since 2014.
Three cuts anchor the menu. The 10oz filet mignon, finished with roasted garlic truffle butter, is the most tender — The 14oz NY strip, served with garlic herb butter and mashed potatoes, balances flavor and size. The 20oz bone-in ribeye, the largest cut available, comes with truffle rosemary fries and Brussels sprouts.
Each steak can be upgraded with jumbo shrimp or jumbo scallops for a surf-and-turf approach. The wine list includes Italian reds and California cabernets built for pairing with beef. Start with the carpaccio di manzo — â thinly sliced Angus filet with arugula, parmigiano, and lemon oil â for a beef-forward opening.
