Your guests arrive early, get seated, and the guest of honor walks in through the front without seeing anyone. When they are led to the room, the surprise is real.
Our events team helps coordinate the timing. Tell us when the birthday person is arriving and we will make sure everyone is in place, drinks are poured, and the room is ready for the reveal. We have hosted hundreds of surprise events and know how to make the moment seamless.
The Amalfi Room seats 15 to 50 guests. For larger surprise parties, full restaurant buyout accommodates up to 140. Bring decorations, balloons, banners, and photo props. Our team sets everything up before the first guest arrives.
Your decorations arrive before you do. Drop off balloons, banners, centerpieces, and photo displays in advance and the team at Vincenzo sets up the Amalfi Room exactly how you want it. When guests arrive through the separate entrance, the room is already transformed.
Group menus start at $59 per person family-style, $85 plated, or $85 buffet for groups of 40 or more. Bar packages from $35 per person for wine and beer, $45 standard, $55 premium. The AV system is ready for slideshows, music, and speeches.
The surprise reveal happens once. It needs to be perfect. That means a restaurant that has done this before, a staff that knows how to coordinate, and a room that actually keeps the secret until the door opens.
Once the surprise lands, the celebration begins. Handmade Italian food, full bar, craft cocktails, and a private room where the energy stays high all night. The food at Vincenzo is not catering. It is a real Italian dinner cooked to order: housemade pasta, USDA Prime steaks, fresh seafood, and desserts like tiramisu and limoncello cake.
Complimentary valet parking every evening. Vincenzo is at ICON Park on International Drive, easy to reach from anywhere in Orlando. The location is also easy to give as a fake destination since ICON Park has plenty of reasons to visit.
