Why USDA Prime Matters
USDA Prime is the highest quality grade awarded by the United States Department of Agriculture, given to only about 2% of all beef produced in the country. Prime beef has the most abundant marbling, which means more intramuscular fat that melts during cooking and creates the rich, buttery flavor and tender texture that steak lovers crave. Most restaurants in Orlando serve USDA Choice or lower. At Vincenzo Cucina Italiana, every steak on our menu is USDA Prime.
This is not a marketing gimmick. It is a commitment to quality that has been part of Vincenzo since we opened at Vue at 360 on International Drive. When you order a steak here, you are getting the same grade of beef served at the finest steakhouses in New York, Chicago, and Las Vegas. The difference at Vincenzo is that you also get handmade Italian pasta, fresh seafood, and the warmth of a family-owned restaurant.
Our Steak Selection
- ✦ Filet Mignon — the most tender cut, lean yet incredibly flavorful
- ✦ Bone-In Ribeye — 22 ounces of rich, heavily marbled Prime beef
- ✦ New York Strip — the classic steakhouse cut with a bold beefy flavor
- ✦ Veal Chop — bone-in, pan-seared, an Italian steakhouse tradition
- ✦ Seasonal specials — the chef occasionally features special cuts and preparations
Italian Steakhouse Meets Classic Technique
While Vincenzo is first and foremost an Italian restaurant, our approach to steaks draws on the Italian tradition of bistecca. In Italy, a great steak is cooked over high heat to develop a deep crust while keeping the interior perfectly pink and juicy. We sear our Prime steaks at extreme temperatures to lock in the juices, then finish them to your exact preferred doneness.
What makes dining at Vincenzo different from a traditional steakhouse is the Italian context. You might start with handmade gnocchi in sage brown butter, then move to a 22-ounce bone-in ribeye with roasted vegetables, and finish with a slice of housemade tiramisu. The wine list leans heavily Italian, with bold reds from Tuscany, Piedmont, and Sicily that are built to stand up to Prime beef. This is a complete Italian dinner experience, not just a steakhouse with a side of pasta.

The Perfect Steak Night
A great steak dinner needs more than just a great steak. The setting matters, the service matters, and the details matter. At Vincenzo, you pull up to complimentary valet parking at Vue at 360. The host seats you in an elegant dining room that feels like a special occasion without being stuffy. Your server knows the menu inside and out and can recommend the ideal wine pairing for your cut. The kitchen fires your steak to the exact temperature you requested, and it arrives sizzling with a crust that looks like it belongs in a food magazine.
This is the steak dinner that Orlando deserves, and it is the reason we have been voted the city's number one Italian restaurant every year since 2014.
