Coach Appreciation Dinner in Orlando
The tournament is over. Your coaches gave everything for three weeks — early mornings, late nights, strategy sessions, and keeping a team of teenagers focused through the biggest volleyball event in the country. They deserve more than a gift card. Give them a real dinner at Vincenzo Cucina Italiana on International Drive, near the Orange County Convention Center.

They Earned More Than a Gift Card
Team parents — you know the drill. Someone starts a group text about doing something nice for the coaches at the end of AAU Nationals. A few parents chip in, someone suggests a restaurant, and suddenly you are the one organizing a dinner for fifteen people in a city you do not live in.
Vincenzo makes it simple. One phone call to (407) 745-4030 and the events team handles the rest. The Amalfi Room is a private space for 15 to 50 guests. Custom menu, all-inclusive packages, no splitting checks. You pick the date, they handle everything. The coaches get a proper Italian dinner with craft cocktails and wine, and you get credit for putting it together.

The Amalfi Room — Your Private Dining Room
The Amalfi Room at Vincenzo is separated from the main dining area. Your group gets their own space — room for toasts, speeches, awards, and the kind of stories that come out after the tournament is over. No competing with other tables for attention.
Seats 15 to 50. Parents, coaches, assistant coaches, team managers — everyone fits. The room works for intimate dinners of twelve or full team celebrations of forty. Vincenzo sets the room up based on your group size and what you need.

Italian Dinner, Craft Cocktails & Wine Specials
This is not a pizza party. Handmade pasta — lobster ravioli, gnocchi, short rib pappardelle. Fresh seafood — Chilean Sea Bass, Faroe Island Salmon. Italian appetizers — burrata, bruschetta, meatballs polenta. The kind of dinner your coaches will remember.
Full bar with craft cocktails. Italian wine by the glass or bottle. Happy hour Monday all night, Tuesday through Friday 5 to 7 PM. Wine Down Wednesday is half off all wines by the glass. Martini Tuesday has martini specials all evening. After three weeks of tournament coffee and Gatorade, the coaches deserve a Negroni.

Coach Dinner Reviews
"I organized our coach appreciation dinner at Vincenzo after AAU Nationals. One phone call, they handled the menu and seating for eighteen people. The coaches were blown away by the food. Coach Mike said it was the best team dinner in twelve years of coaching. That is all I needed to hear."
"We took our head coach and two assistants here on our last night in Orlando. The Amalfi Room was perfect — private enough for our group to give speeches and toast the coaches without feeling rushed. The lobster ravioli and wine selection were outstanding. Our coaches felt truly appreciated."
"Eight parents split the cost of a coach dinner at Vincenzo. All-inclusive package made it easy to budget. The private room was classy, the cocktails were great, and our coaches got the recognition they deserved. Way better than another restaurant gift card."
