Start with the antipasto misto featuring imported salumi, marinated artichokes, roasted peppers, and aged provolone. Or try the zuppa di pesce — a seafood broth loaded with clams, mussels, shrimp, and calamari. Entrees range from the cacio e pepe made with hand-cut tonnarelli to the whole roasted branzino with Sicilian herbs to the veal piccata in a white wine and caper sauce.
The steak program is all Creekstone Farms USDA Prime Black Angus. The filet is finished with truffle butter. The fourteen-ounce NY strip comes with a garlic-herb sear. The bone-in ribeye at twenty ounces is designed for guests who treat dinner as the main event of the evening.
This is a restaurant where nothing is pre-made. The kitchen rolls pasta, bakes bread, simmers sauces, and plates desserts — all from raw ingredients, all on site, all day.
