Sheraton Vistana Resort guests enjoy villa living with full kitchens — until they crave a dinner made by professional hands. Vincenzo Cucina Italiana at ICON Park on International Drive serves that dinner: handcrafted Italian food prepared from scratch, nightly from 5 to 10 PM.
Begin with the carpaccio of beef with shaved Parmigiano and lemon-truffle dressing, the escargot in garlic-herb butter with crusty bread, or the fried artichoke hearts with roasted garlic aioli. Main courses feature the cacio e pepe with house-made tonnarelli, the seared duck breast with cherry reduction and wild rice, and the whole branzino roasted with herbs, lemon, and extra virgin olive oil.
The steak menu is Creekstone Farms USDA Prime Black Angus — exclusively. The filet is finished with truffle butter. The fourteen-ounce NY strip arrives with a deep sear and compound herb butter. The twenty-ounce bone-in ribeye is for the guest who wants the full steak experience.
Every element is made in Vincenzo's kitchen. The pasta dough, the tomato sauce, the salad dressings, the bread, the desserts — nothing comes from a can, a freezer, or an outside vendor.

The Navarra Group brought over three decades of hospitality experience when they opened Vincenzo on International Drive in 2014. The vision was a restaurant where families on vacation could enjoy the same quality of Italian food that locals drive across Orlando to eat.

The Amalfi Room offers private dining for 15 to 50 guests with AV capabilities and custom Italian menus. Full buyouts serve up to 150 guests for milestone events and large gatherings. More than 1,500 events have been hosted.
