Terra Luna is Universal's newest resort addition, and first-night dinner sets the mood for the entire trip. The menu opens with antipasti like sauteed calamari in a white wine garlic sauce and burrata so fresh it pools on the plate. Main courses cover the full Italian range — handmade fettuccine alfredo with jumbo shrimp, veal marsala with wild mushrooms, and a lasagna layered with beef Bolognese, ricotta, mozzarella, and bechamel that takes most of the afternoon to build.

A brand-new resort deserves a proper welcome drink, and Vincenzo's full bar delivers better than any hotel lobby pour. The Aperol Spritz is built correctly with Prosecco and a splash of soda. The Espresso Martini uses real espresso. The Negroni is stirred, not shaken, because the bartenders here know the difference matters.
Happy hour runs Monday all night and Tuesday through Friday from 5 to 7 PM: $4 bottled beers, $7 wines by the glass, and $10 cocktails. Wine Down Wednesday takes every glass of wine down to half price for the entire evening.
