Can you host both the ceremony and reception?
Vincenzo specializes in receptions and celebrations rather than ceremonies. However, for full buyouts, we can discuss creative arrangements. Most couples hold their ceremony at a separate venue and come to Vincenzo for the reception dinner.
Is there space for a first dance?
Yes. For full buyouts and larger private events, we can configure an open floor area for a first dance or other special moments. The Amalfi Room can also accommodate a small dance space for intimate receptions.
Can we bring our own wedding cake?
Absolutely. You are welcome to bring your own cake and our team will handle the presentation and service. We also offer Italian dessert options as part of the package for those who prefer to leave it to our pastry chef.
How far in advance should we book a reception?
For the Amalfi Room, we recommend 4-6 weeks. For full buyouts, 8-12 weeks minimum. Wedding reception dates during peak season (October through April in Orlando) should be booked even earlier. Submit an event inquiry to check availability.
