What types of parties does Vincenzo cater?
We cater birthday parties, graduation celebrations, holiday parties, baby showers, quinceañeras, bar and bat mitzvahs, retirement parties, celebrations of life, wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, and any other party or gathering. Our Italian trays work for any occasion.
How much does party catering cost?
A light spread runs $15–$18 per person. A full party meal with appetizer, salad, pasta, and chicken is $25–$32 per person. A premium celebration spread is $35–$42 per person. The minimum order is $300.
Can I get same-day party catering?
Yes. Place your order by 11 AM and your trays will be ready for pickup by 5 PM the same day. For orders placed after 11 AM, we require 24 hours advance notice.
How many people do your party trays feed?
Half trays feed 8 to 10 guests. Full trays feed 16 to 20 guests. For a party of 20, plan on two to three trays. For 40 guests, four to five full trays. For 60 guests, six to seven full trays gives generous portions.
Do you offer dessert trays for parties?
Yes. Our tiramisu serves 22 or more guests for $90. We also offer chocolate cake ($70, serves 14) and limoncello cake ($70, serves 14). These are the same desserts we serve nightly in our restaurant.
What is the minimum order for party catering?
The minimum catering order is $300 before tax. Florida sales tax of 6.5% is added at checkout. Most party orders for 15 or more guests easily meet this minimum with two to three trays.
Can you deliver party trays to my venue?
Yes. Pickup is free at our restaurant at 8255 International Drive, Suite 112, at ICON Park. Drop-off delivery is $20 within 5 miles, between 12–4 PM. This covers I-Drive hotels, the Orange County Convention Center, SeaWorld area, Dr. Phillips, and Sand Lake Road.
How far in advance should I order party catering?
We require at least 24 hours advance notice. Same-day orders are accepted before 11 AM. For large parties of 60 or more guests, we recommend ordering 48 to 72 hours ahead to ensure availability of all dishes.
