Why Half Trays Work
Half trays feed 8 to 10 guests and cost about half the price of a full tray. They let you order more variety without overbuying. Instead of one full pasta tray for $155, get two different half trays for $85 each — your guests get two options for roughly the same price, and nothing goes to waste.
For a group of 12 to 15, three half trays across different categories (one appetizer, one salad, one pasta) give everyone a complete meal. Add a half tray of chicken or veal to make it a feast.

The minimum is $300 before tax. For 8–10 people, you can reach this with one appetizer, one salad, one pasta, and one chicken half tray. Add a loaf of bread ($6) if you’re a few dollars short.
How many people does a half tray feed?
A half tray feeds 8 to 10 guests with generous portions. For 12–15 people, plan on three to four half trays across different categories. For 20–25, mix half and full trays.
Can I order for just 8 to 10 people?
Yes. Our half trays are designed for exactly this. A typical 8–10 person order is one appetizer half tray ($50–$90), one salad half tray ($55–$60), one pasta half tray ($85–$175), and one chicken half tray ($105). That comes to $295–$430 depending on dishes.
What is the best value for small groups?
Half trays give you the best value. Order multiple half trays instead of one full tray — you get more variety for roughly the same cost. Garlic bread ($50) and Caesar salad ($55) are the most affordable starters. Penne alfredo ($85) and penne with meatballs ($85) are the best-value pastas.
Do you offer same-day catering for small groups?
Yes. Place your order by 11 AM and your trays will be ready for pickup by 5 PM. This works great for last-minute office meetings or dinner parties. For orders after 11 AM, we need 24 hours notice.
Can I add sides like mashed potatoes or extra bread?
Yes. Mashed potatoes are $45 for a half tray, meatball half trays are $55, and fresh bread is $6 per loaf. These are great add-ons for rounding out a small group order or hitting the $300 minimum.
Is pickup or delivery available for small orders?
Yes. Pickup is free at our restaurant at 8255 International Drive, Suite 112, at ICON Park. Drop-off delivery is $20 within 5 miles between 12–4 PM, covering I-Drive hotels, the Convention Center, SeaWorld area, Dr. Phillips, and Sand Lake Road.
What is a good catering order for a 10-person office meeting?
