Same-Day Catering FAQ
What is the cutoff time for same-day catering?
You must place your order by 11 AM. This gives our kitchen at least 6 hours to prepare everything fresh. Your trays will be ready for pickup by 5 PM the same day. Orders placed after 11 AM require at least 24 hours advance notice.
What menu items are available for same-day orders?
Our entire catering menu is available same-day. Appetizers, salads, pasta, chicken, veal, salmon, and desserts — nothing is restricted. You get the same dishes, same portions, and same quality as any advance catering order.
Is same-day delivery available?
Same-day orders are pickup only at our restaurant at 8255 International Drive, Suite 112 at ICON Park. Drop-off delivery within 5 miles is available for a flat $20 fee on orders placed at least 24 hours in advance.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum catering order is $300 before tax — same as standard orders. Florida sales tax of 6.5% is added at checkout. There is no rush fee or same-day surcharge. This minimum typically covers food for 10 to 20 guests depending on the dishes you choose.
How do I place a same-day order?
Two ways. Go to vincenzosorlando.com/catering, select your trays, fill in your details, and pay online. Or call us at (407) 745-4030 and order by phone. Either way, do it before 11 AM.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards are accepted for online orders through our secure Stripe checkout. If you order by phone, we can take your credit card over the phone. All catering orders are prepaid to guarantee your trays are ready on time.
Can I cancel a same-day order?
Because same-day orders require immediate kitchen preparation, cancellations after order confirmation are not available. If you need to make changes, call us as soon as possible at (407) 745-4030 and we will do our best to accommodate adjustments.
Is there a group size limit for same-day catering?
Same-day catering can serve groups from 10 to approximately 80 guests, depending on the time your order is placed and current kitchen capacity. For groups larger than 80, we recommend placing your order at least 24 hours in advance. Call us at (407) 745-4030 for large same-day requests.
